Refund and Returns Policy

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best
quality products with a seamless experience for you.

We are confident that you will be impressed with EWOCAR Products and we back this with a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are for whatever reason unsatisfied with our products just email sales@ewocardetailing.com and we will process your refund within 48hrs.  If you purchased a single bottle you can keep it. If you purchased a bundle we will provide a label to return the unopened products and will process the refund as soon as the product is received at our warehouse.  

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ewocardetailing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We will do our best to pack our products and keep them safe and sound from the jaws of the postal service.  Sometimes even with doing everything we can to prevent damage during the shipping the unthinkable happens.  Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at sales@ewocardetailing.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product was damaged in shipping please email us a photo and we will ship additional product the following business day.  We do our best to get the correct items to you, if we are having an off day and you get the wrong product we will provide a label to return the incorrect product and ship out the correct product the following business day.  

Cancellations

Please email sales@ewocardetailing.com by 1:00pm the following business day if you wish to cancel an order.  Cancellations received after the products have shipped will be charged a $10.00 return fee to cover the return shipping label.   

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
